08Cookies & Tracking Technologies

8.1 53jl uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (including local storage, session tokens, and device fingerprinting) on the Platform to facilitate core functionality and improve user experience.

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: required to maintain your logged-in session, process transactions, and ensure the Platform functions correctly. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality;
• Security Cookies: used to detect and prevent fraudulent activity, including session hijacking and cross-site request forgery attacks;
• Performance Cookies: collect anonymized information about how Players use the Platform (e.g., which game categories are most visited) to help us improve performance and design;

09Data Retention

9.1 53jl retains your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a period thereafter as required by law and legitimate business purposes. The following retention periods apply:

11.3 Please note that certain rights may be limited where exercising them would conflict with 53jl's legal obligations under Philippine AML law, gaming regulations, or other applicable legislation. We will inform you of any such limitations when responding to your request.

12Children & Minors

12.1 If 53jl discovers or has reason to believe that a person under 21 years of age has registered an account or provided personal data, 53jl will immediately suspend the account, delete or suppress all associated personal data to the extent not required for legal reporting, and report the matter to relevant authorities if required.

12.2 Parents and guardians who believe a minor has registered on the 53jl Platform should contact us immediately at [email protected] with the subject line "Minor Account Report."

13International Data Transfers

13.1 53jl's primary data processing infrastructure is located within or near the Philippines. Where personal data is processed by third-party service providers located outside the Philippines (for example, cloud infrastructure providers or KYC verification services), 53jl ensures that such transfers are made only to countries or organizations that provide an adequate level of protection for personal data, or under appropriate contractual safeguards consistent with NPC requirements.

13.2 53jl maintains data processing agreements with all third-party processors that handle personal data on its behalf, requiring them to process data only on 53jl's documented instructions and to maintain security standards consistent with RA 10173.

14Third-Party Services

14.1 The 53jl Platform may integrate with third-party services including payment gateways (GCash, PayMaya, banking APIs), game providers (JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play), and customer communication tools. These third parties operate under their own privacy policies, and 53jl is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

14.2 53jl does not embed third-party social media widgets, advertising networks, or analytics platforms that would allow those third parties to track your activity on the 53jl Platform without your knowledge.

15Policy Amendments

15.1 53jl may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, our data practices, or Platform functionality.
