2.1 By registering an Account with 53jl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy in their entirety.
2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 53jl with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
2.3 If you are accessing 53jl on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and by accessing the Platform, you accept these Terms on their behalf.
2.4 Your continued use of the 53jl Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 53jl, you must at all times satisfy all of the following conditions:
3.2 53jl reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any point during a Player's Account lifecycle, including before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS ID, driver's license, passport, or PRC Professional Regulation Commission ID.
3.3 If we have reason to believe a Player is under 21 years of age, the Account will be suspended immediately pending verification. If underage gambling is confirmed, the Account will be closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and the deposited funds may be returned to the original payment method at our sole discretion following investigation.
4.1 Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the 53jl Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraudulent activity.
4.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and email address. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.
4.3 The mobile number you register must be a valid Philippine mobile number (+63 9XX XXX XXXX) that you personally own and control. This number will be used for OTP verification, account security alerts, and communication from 53jl.
4.4 53jl reserves the right to refuse Account registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 53jl username, password, and any one-time passcodes associated with your Account. You agree not to share these credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you personally authorized that activity. 53jl will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to secure your credentials.
5.3 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized person, you must notify 53jl immediately by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. 53jl may temporarily freeze your Account pending investigation.
6.1 All deposits on the 53jl Platform are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). 53jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit amounts may be subject to limits set by 53jl or your payment provider.
6.2 Deposits must be made from a payment account or method that is registered in your name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — accounts held by another person — are prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
6.3 53jl does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may impose its own transaction fees. 53jl is not responsible for such third-party fees.
6.4 Deposits are credited to your Account Balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. 53jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems.
6.5 53jl implements anti-money laundering (AML) procedures consistent with Philippine regulations. Deposits that trigger AML thresholds may be subject to enhanced due diligence checks before processing.
7.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method registered in your name and must match the payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible.
7.2 Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal request is processed. You may be required to submit: a clear photograph of a valid Philippine government-issued ID, a selfie holding the ID, and proof of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash account showing your registered name).
7.3 Once KYC is completed, verified withdrawal requests are typically processed within the following timeframes:
7.4 53jl reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or if the Player's Account has not satisfied active bonus wagering requirements.
7.5 Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Cash Balance (deposited funds and non-bonus winnings) is withdrawable at any time subject to KYC completion.
8.1 53jl offers various promotional bonuses to registered Players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms of each offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general Terms.
8.2 Any Player found to be abusing bonus promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting mathematical edge cases, or coordinating bonus abuse with other Players — will have their bonus privileges revoked, any related winnings voided, and their Account suspended.
9.1 53jl offers sports betting, live casino games, slots, bingo, and other game formats. Each game type is governed by its own specific rules, which are available within the relevant game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.
9.2 All game outcomes on the 53jl Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for virtual games, and by live physical processes (card shuffles, ball draws, roulette spins) for live dealer games. 53jl does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
9.3 Bets that have been accepted and confirmed by the 53jl system are final and binding. Players may not cancel or modify a bet once it has been confirmed. 53jl is not responsible for errors made by Players when placing bets, including incorrect stake amounts or incorrect selections.
9.4 In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game integrity — including server disconnections, software errors, or display errors — 53jl reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the Player's Balance. The decision of 53jl in such matters is final.
9.5 For sports betting, 53jl publishes specific rules governing void events, postponed matches, settlement procedures, and in-play betting on the relevant sportsbook pages. Players are responsible for reviewing these rules before placing bets.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 53jl Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of winnings, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:
11.1 53jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
11.2 Inactive Accounts: An Account is classified as inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Inactive Accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee of ₱100 or the remaining Account Balance, whichever is lower, until the Balance reaches zero or the Account becomes active again.
11.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting 53jl support via live chat or email. Voluntary Account closures will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining Cash Balance (after deduction of active bonus funds) will be paid to the Player's verified withdrawal method.
12.1 53jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help Players maintain control of their gaming activity.

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, 53jl, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
13.2 53jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your Account in the sixty (60) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 53jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
13.4 53jl is not liable for losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, telecommunications disruptions, power outages, natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure events.
14.1 All content on the 53jl Platform — including but not limited to the 53jl brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and data — is the exclusive property of 53jl or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
14.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
14.3 Any unauthorized use of 53jl's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.
15.1 53jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
15.2 53jl will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, KYC service providers, fraud prevention agencies, and regulatory authorities where required by law.
15.3 53jl retains player data for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure, as required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and gaming authority obligations.
16.1 53jl reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects Player rights or obligations — 53jl will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect.
16.2 Your continued use of the 53jl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure.
17.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
17.2 Before commencing formal legal proceedings, Players agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting 53jl support and allowing a minimum of thirty (30) days for resolution. 53jl will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints promptly and fairly.
17.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
